Rhuki Apparel currently ships within South Africa only.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and South African public holidays.

Once your order has been prepared and handed over for delivery, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery Options

Depending on your delivery address, available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

PUDO Locker Delivery
Customers selecting PUDO Locker Delivery will be able to choose from available PUDO locker locations near their delivery address.

Once your parcel has arrived at the selected locker, you will receive a notification with the information required to collect your order. Please collect your parcel within the collection period stated in your PUDO notification. Parcels that are not collected within the required period may be transferred or returned and additional delivery charges may apply.

Door-to-Door Delivery
Orders can also be delivered directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout where applicable. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been collected by the courier and may vary depending on your location.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address, email address and contact number are correct when placing your order. Rhuki Apparel cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently unavailable through our online store.

We hope to reintroduce international delivery in the future as we expand our shipping options.
